Our signature pizza was created for MINA by Manuel Suraci, our hereditary pizzaiolo from Calabria. His work reflects three generations of precision, patience, and tradition.
Manuel developed an ultra-thin, airy crust reminiscent of Sardinian flatbread and Levantine Manakish bread.
The pizza is finished with minimalist toppings in perfectly judged balance.
The result is a pizza with a character entirely its own - an original interpretation shaped by Italian tradition and Eastern influence.
